How our bodies respond to and influence our experience. This layer addresses embodiment, nervous system regulation, and the body's role in our wellbeing.

Spiritual Layer

How we connect to meaning, purpose, and transcendence. This layer explores our relationship with values, purpose, and the larger questions of existence.

Relational Layer

How we interact with others and our environment. This layer addresses connection, boundaries, communication, and the impact of our relationships on our wellbeing.

Vocational / Financial Layer

How we express our gifts and manage resources. This layer explores work, money, and how we align our vocational path with our values and purpose.
